As part of monitoring the structural developments within its university institutions, the President of Abdelmalek Essaâdi University, Bouchta Moumni, conducted an inspection visit to the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences in Tangier. The purpose of this visit, according to available information, is to closely examine the administrative and pedagogical workflow within the institution.

This move follows the faculty’s official autonomy from the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences, under Decree No. 2.25.561, which was published in the Official Gazette No. 7521 on June 29, 2026, opening new horizons for the organization of academic and administrative work.

Tour of facilities and teaching spaces

The inspection visit covered various vital facilities of the faculty; the delegation visited administrative offices, student affairs departments, lecture halls, classrooms, and spaces dedicated to pedagogical activities.

During this tour, the President of Abdelmalek Essaâdi University oversaw daily operations across various departments and listened to detailed explanations from faculty officials regarding infrastructure readiness and the essential equipment needed to accommodate students.

Ways to improve services and infrastructure maintenance
