Official announcement of an industrial coalition with aerospace giants

On the sidelines of the Marrakech Air Show, the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) officially announced the establishment of an industrial coalition bringing together elite international and local companies active in the aerospace, defense, and technology sectors.

According to the data released, this new coalition includes the OCP group, global aerospace and defense companies Boeing and Lockheed Martin, as well as CETIM, Safran Nacelles, and Airbus.

Establishment of the “Africa Center of Manufacturing Excellence”

This major project, named the Africa Center of Manufacturing Excellence (ACME), will be hosted at the university’s site in the Nouaceur region.

The new center aims, according to what has been disclosed, to stimulate and develop research and development, support testing operations, and accompany manufacturing activities and advanced technologies in the industrial sector.
