The Ministry of Transport and Logistics announced last Friday the launch of a new round of exceptional direct support for road transport professionals, covering both passenger and freight transport, as part of the government’s efforts to support actors in this vital sector.

Details of the new support phase

According to the ministry’s statement, this initiative covers a period of 30 days. The operation aims to alleviate the financial burdens faced by professionals and ensure the continuity of logistics and passenger transport services under appropriate conditions, in accordance with the data announced by the oversight authorities.

Target groups and eligibility criteria

This direct support is intended for professionals active in the passenger transport sector in all its categories, as well as professionals in freight transport for third parties. This move is based on the database of professionals registered with the ministry’s services, while adhering to the regulatory frameworks established by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics to ensure that the support reaches those entitled during this exceptional phase.
