Limited Edition iPhone for 12,000 Euros Includes Radiation Sensor

An exceptional phone blending luxury tech with measurement tools

In an unprecedented move, the Russian company Caviar, known for its luxury smartphone modifications, has unveiled an exclusive and highly limited edition of the iPhone 17 Pro, dubbed the “Geiger”. This device is not just a standard smartphone; it is equipped with advanced technology capable of measuring radiation levels in the user’s environment with high precision.

Technical features that make the phone a scientific tool

Unlike common software apps that rely on camera sensors, the company has integrated a genuine Geiger-Müller counter (model SIG RM1208) directly into the phone’s chassis. This component allows users to monitor radiation in real-time, featuring an audible alarm that triggers if radiation levels exceed user-defined limits, effectively turning the phone into a functional safety tool.

Luxury design with Swiss touches

Caviar didn’t just add a radiation sensor; they completely overhauled the phone’s exterior. The traditional housing was replaced with titanium and durable metals. Furthermore, they integrated a real mechanical watch featuring the renowned Swiss Ronda 763 quartz movement on the back of the phone, giving it an aesthetic that combines classic luxury with high-end technology. The use of these materials makes the phone larger and heavier than the original iPhone 17 Pro.

Limited edition and astronomical price

The company plans to produce only 7 units of this rare phone. Each buyer will receive a certificate of authenticity and a unique production number engraved on the device. The price for the base model (256 GB) is set at approximately 11,780 euros, with options for custom orders with larger storage or the iPhone 17 Pro Max model, targeting a very exclusive niche of collectors and enthusiasts of unconventional technology.
