Ministry of National Education Settles the Debate and Sets the Date for the 2026-2027 School Year

The Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports has confirmed that the start of the 2026-2027 school year will take place on the officially scheduled date without any changes. This decision puts an end to all inquiries and questions concerning the educational landscape in the Kingdom of Morocco.

Details of the Ministerial Decree on School Year Organization

In a statement addressed to parents, students, administrative and teaching staff, as well as the general public, the Ministry clarified that the stages of the upcoming academic year will adhere to the provisions set forth in Ministerial Decree No. 047.26, issued on July 3, 2026, regarding the organization of the school year.

This confirmation establishes the official calendar for educational institutions at all levels, emphasizing the necessity for all stakeholders in the education system to comply with the set dates to ensure a smooth and rigorous start to the learning process across all regional academies of education and training.
