The city of Tetouan has witnessed a significant judicial development in the case of the singer nicknamed “Probador” over the past few hours, after the Public Prosecution at the city’s Court of First Instance ordered his imprisonment in the Somal local prison, while he remains in custody.
Background of the arrest: insulting a public official on duty
Details of the case stem from an incident involving the aforementioned singer. According to available information, he engaged in a dispute with a security officer who was performing his official duties on a public street. According to the charges, “Probador” directed insulting expressions at the officer, which prompted the security services to intervene immediately and arrest him.
Judicial proceedings
Upon his arrest, the suspect was placed under police custody to deepen the investigation into the allegations before being referred to the Public Prosecution. After reviewing the interrogation report and the results of the preliminary investigation, the Public Prosecution decided to continue the proceedings against the singer while in detention and ordered his transfer to the local prison.
