Tamuda Bay to Host Annual Congress of Belgian Travel Agency Network ‘Selectair’ Soon

Tamuda Bay.. A global destination silencing the detractors of territorial integrity
At a time when the Algerian regime continues to hold its breath and peddle failed lies regarding Morocco’s tourist and diplomatic isolation, the Moroccan response comes decisively from the Mediterranean coast. The Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT) has announced that it will host, at Tamuda Bay, from September 30 to October 4, 2026, the premier travel agency network in Belgium, Selectair, for its massive annual event that brings together nearly 90 agencies and all their key partners.
This official data, revealed by an office statement, confirms beyond any doubt that Morocco is performing exceptionally well, proving day after day its absolute appeal to Belgian tourism professionals, reflecting the inability of the Algerian regime and its mouthpieces to influence the development dynamics led by Morocco, which has made the Kingdom a preferred destination for major global investments and events.
The Belgian Market.. a strategic asset burning the plans of Morocco’s detractors
The office’s statement clarified that this event is of extreme strategic importance, given that the Belgian market has become a pivotal hub for the Kingdom, especially after successfully surpassing the symbolic threshold of one million tourists in 2025. These figures infuriate the Algerian regime, clearly showing how its pathetic propaganda crumbles before the rock of the prosperous tourism reality in both the northern and southern provinces of the Kingdom.
The same source added that this move is part of the upward growth dynamics of the Belgian market and a precise strategy to develop sales toward the Moroccan destination. This strategic choice sends a powerful signal regarding the high status Morocco now occupies in the development strategies of major tourism distribution players in Belgium, reflecting Selectair’s commitment to enhancing its agencies’ knowledge of the Moroccan destination.
Huge figures expose opponents’ impotence and confirm international trust
With 88 independent agencies and 320 collaborators, most of whom are based in the Flanders region, the Selectair network represents a vital structural weight in the Belgian tourism landscape. The network achieved a turnover of approximately 310 million euros in 2025, with an average of nearly 3.5 million euros per agency.
This massive gathering, which will bring together the network’s travel agents alongside its board members—led by Ms. Martine De Weespeleer, who has been President of Selectair since March 2026—in Tamuda Bay, delivers another blow to those lurking against Morocco’s interests. It confirms that the Kingdom continues to establish itself as an unparalleled regional power, tourismally, economically, and diplomatically, despite the spite of the Algerian regime and all its followers.
